Coalition for Health Workers, a non-governmental organization has called all health workers to report any human rights abuses they experience in the line of duty.
The Coalition’s National Executive Director, Tiyamike Goliati made the remarks during a recent interface meeting held at Zomba Mental Hospital on Thursday 19th 2025.
Goliati expressed concern over the asilent challenges many health workers are facing on their respective working places noting that such challenges are adversely affecting their performances.
On his part Zomba Mental Hospital Nursing Officer Maxwell Gausi, emphasized that health workers often encounter situations that require legal representation.
He highlighted the need to promote and defend the rights of health workers.
Goliati further urged health workers to register with the Coalition to ensure they receive support when their rights have been violated.
